Wentworth Lodge is located on the northern side of Wentworth Valley Road approximately 7.5km south-west of central Whangamata. The area is entirely rural in character with a mix of land uses including Homestays, Rural Lifestyle Blocks and Dry Stock Farms.
The property is located towards the head of Wentworth Valley with the Coromandel State Forest Park beyond under DOC management and including a popular camping ground with basic amenities plus the Wentworth Valley walking track.
Wentworth Valley Road is a picturesque carriageway featuring a ford through the stream just before you arrive at the Lodge.

LODGE

Construction is as follows: roofing mainly corrugated iron with some Butynol, aluminium window joinery, bevel back rough sawn natural pine weatherboards, concrete and timber flooring, concrete piles and mainly plasterboard linings.
