Murray has 40-years-experience of business ownership; operating throughout New Zealand and, in the entertainment & media environments of London and Sydney.

Throughout his career he has progressively evolved from hands-on roles, to donning the more entrepreneurial caps of responsibility: from theatre manager to promoter and, from advertising sales manager (print and electronic media) to publisher – through to more recently consulting as a business development & sales channel strategist and, advising on new media start-ups & IPOs.

Presently, through his company Database Publishing Limited (DPL) he is also a global sponsorship broker of naming rights for stadia and major events; and, owner of local marketing & IP consultancy trademarks4u.co.nz, with its hundreds of diverse clients providing a unique networking advantage…

And, he ascribes his success as a Dunedin-based agent, selling his IP services to over 300 Auckland businesses alone, over the past three years, to his work ethic of: operating on a no surprises basis – with a good sense of humour, governed by absolute integrity…  Murray is therefore well positioned to deliver an empathic and informed assessment of your business for presentation to market… with the ability to accentuate the positive USPs required to sell it – in today’s market.
